Key remits
Obtain approval for fee schedules and mandate changes
Coordination of legal agreements including investment management agreements (IMA’s) and investment guidelines documents
Extensive internal liaison to ensure a seamless onboarding documentation process
Working closely with Institutional Client Services, legal, compliance, sales, portfolio managers and operations to support the negotiation of mandate terms
Support the Pooled Vehicle business coordinating rebate and distribution agreements
Experience
Proven experience working with segregated client agreements and/ or IMA’s (investment management agreements)
Good investment management experience and dealing with onboarding process and mandate changes
