The Role
Responsible for creating and developing long standing Client relationships
Providing extensive and detailed client support ensuring exceptional service
Proactively identifying areas of enhancement of service and executing them
Delivering a service plan coupled with annual timetable visits tailored to meet the clients needs
Attending both internal and external meetings covering reviews, budgets and divisional progression
