Client Engagement Manager

Our client is looking for a Client Engagement Manager, ready to take on a pivotal role in a leading organisation. This role is for someone having hands on experience in Subject Matter Expertise/Business Consultancy, Client Operations Change Management, Client-facing Project Management, Stakeholder Relationship Management experience. This is not a sales role.

About the role:

* Experience of projects / engagements with larger Custodian banks, Fund Administrators, larger PE Investment Managers / Asset Managers.

* Comfortable in the company of Chief Operating Partners, Head of Fund Services, other senior stakeholders.

* Relevant market sector experience; Fund Services, ideally Alternative Investment / PERE sector.

* Relevant business functional experience: Fund Operations, Private Markets Compliance, Investor Relations / Fund Raising, Statutory & Client Reporting – or consulting in these line-of-business areas. Full project life-cycle.

* Relationship management or leadership with at least one sizeable, relevant engagement.

* Worked with / made a positive contribution to ISO 9001 (or equivalent) compliant Quality Management System.

* Client-facing: experienced presenter to clients and prospects in pre- and post-sales situations.

* Familiar with Project Initiation Documents (or equivalent) and Project Management reporting formats / approaches.

* Has managed or been a senior contributor to multi-disciplinary teams

* Worked with third-party software product/application vendors or other contributors.
