We are seeking a driven,customer-centric Client Director to join our growing Salesorganization. This role will be instrumental in implementing a salesstrategy to pursue large big bet deals for Arista product portfolio ofOpen Networking platforms within a named targeted list of largeenterprise accounts comprised of both existing and white spaceaccounts. Arista appeals to forward-thinking organizationsthat value quality and innovation. Consequently, technical acumen anda track record of selling data center solutions is highly desirable.Job Responsibilities:Exceed measurablesales objectives and extend the Arista brand within a named list ofmajor enterprise accounts. You will be responsible forutilizing a consultative selling approach with key client stakeholdersto address the business needs of hybrid cloud computing and siloedlegacy IT systems across the Arista product portfolio including;Software-Driven Cloud Networking solutions, EOS (Open Source NetworkOS), Cognitive Campus Networking, WIFI Campus networking, Cloud Vision(Network Automation & Telemetry), Monitoring Fabric solutions inaddition to NDR, Endpoint and AI driven Network Identity Accesssecurity solutions. Meet with key influencers,decision-makers, and C-levels to present Arista’s value proposition.Partner with Arista Pre-Sales Engineers to design andposition compelling solutions that drive down the total cost ofownership.Collaborate with technology partners to identifyprospects and demonstrate best-in-class solutionsEstablishand manage key channel relationships in your territory.Formulate strategic and tactical account plans based on periodicbusiness reviews with your prospects and customers.Conductdemand generation activities such as happy hours, lunch-n-learns andtechnology forums.Collaborate with Arista peers onmarketing plans and best practices.Keep up-to-date withtechnology partner solutions, competing solutions and competitorstrategies.The TeamThis position willtypically report to a Regional Sales Director or Regional VP of Sales.You will be part of a team that includes the best field engineers inthe cloud networking industry. And, you will have the support of ourindustry-leading Arista TAC, proof-of-concept resources and executiveteam.QualificationsWho AreYou?You are seasoned Client Director with a proventrack record of implementing sales strategies and exceeding salesgoals within FTSE 250 organizations. You are an influencer and possessthe ability to act as a trusted advisor to deliver business value toboth end users and key business stakeholders.Our team looksfor individuals who embody our values of trust, compassion,collaboration, respectfulness, integrity, and good-natured fun.BS/BA degree orequivalent in addition to 10+ years of technology sales experience.Proven track record of direct selling into target accountswithin the assigned territory and exceeding sales targetsYou possess relevant data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) or datacenter industry product selling experience from a technology partner,competitor, channel partner or end user is a a requirement. Strong rolodex and relationships within the territoryExcellent people skills and ability to build relationships at alllevelsYou possess previous selling experience andtechnical acumen in one or more of the following areas; Networking,SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, EdgeComputing, Network Virtualization, Hyper converged infrastructure orCloud computing.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according toEEO guidelines.
