Client Development Manager - London, UK (Hybrid) - PossiblPossibl is recruiting on behalf of a creative, energetic and passionate group of folks at a talent and learning consultancy with a big interest in behavioural science. Based in London (hybrid & flexible) a new position has become available to join their high performing commercial team as a Client Development Manager to drive outbound sales activity into opportunities to pitch their innovative solutions to some big name clients in the UK.You would be joining a growing, vibrant and award winning consultancy rubbing shoulders with a mix of consultants, expert practitioners and senior HR, L&D and talent leaders whilst taking innovative solutions creatively to market. You will also receive a good salary, excellent benefits including bonus, pension, learning, insurance & career progression.What you will do:Owning the entire sales cycle end to end, including driving outbound sales activityPresent and pitch their innovative solutions with impactAct as a company ambassador at events, conferences, panels, and thought-leadership forumsWork in collaboration with their Founder and SLT to maximise the effectiveness of their commercial infrastructure, dashboards and toolsExperience & skills required:3+ years commercial experience, sitting within a business development seat, ideally within an agency, consulting or professional services environmentTime served selling off the shelf or productised offeringsAccustomed and confident in delivering on individual and team-based sales targetsExcellent, and thoughtful relationship builderProactive, self-driven and motivatedHave a passion for the Talent/Development space, in particular Early Careers
