You will have the opportunity to grow your career while developing personally and professionally through various resources and programmes.Brown Shipley are now seeking a Senior Administrator to work with the Client Life Cycle management team to ensure smooth onboarding of all new clients, clients opening additional portfolios and event driven review static data updates. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, maternity cover.Key Accountabilities•Onboarding of all clients in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering procedures•To be responsible for collecting and updating accurate information in respect of FATCA, CRS & LEI’s for reporting purposes when onboarding a client or dealing with an EDR (Event driven review) update.•Ensure that all reasonable requests received from internal clients are carried out in a complete, accurate and timely manner and that internal clients are kept informed of work progress and status where necessary.•Ensure that the anti-money laundering procedures are read & fully adhered to and that you know who the MLRO & Deputy MLRO are for reporting suspicious activities.•Keep up to date with legislative, regulatory and Inland Revenue practices (where applicable) affecting the Onboarding and Client Static data procedures including the acceptance of new clients.•Develop own professional expertise through on the job training, formal training and, where appropriate, professional qualifications.•Undertake checking of work, training and support of less experienced staff within team.•Assist management in maintaining and developing internal procedures, checklists and guidance notes.Knowledge and ExperienceHave a solid background with client onboarding and client static data for Private Banking clients. Understand Trusts, Corporates, Corporate Pensions, SIPP’s and Offshore BondsAttributes and QualitiesExcellent attention to detail. Able to work as part of a team as well as independently. To be assertive but able to be understanding to specific client situations.Technical SkillsTo be confident and fluent in compiling emails to various teams around the business.Proficient in Outlook (One drive), Excel, be able to learn and adapt to using internal systems and databases.Languages SkillsFluent in English, Any additional European language advantageous
