This leading provider of mobile technical services and facilities management solutions based in Warwickshire and serving clients across the UK is continually growing and expanding the business.



They are committed to delivering exceptional service to their clients, and they have a team of over 60 employees working across the UK to ensure that clients’ facilities are operating at peak performance. They take a proactive approach to facilities management, offering planned maintenance, project management, and reactive 24/7 services to address unexpected issues quickly and efficiently.



As a result of continued expansion, they have an immediate vacancy for a Client Account Coordinator.



This role will be:



Answering calls and emails from Engineers and Clients




  • Logging of jobs in the CAFM system

  • Allocation of work to engineers

  • Arranging materials for Engineers within Purchase Order limits

  • Ensuring job status and notes are correct and updated in the system

  • Managing of inboxes, dealing with emails and calls

  • Working alongside the Client Account Lead to ensure clients needs are met



The ideal candidate will have gained experience within a building services help desk or facilities management environment and have strong communication and computer skills. A good geographical knowledge of the UK would be beneficial. Please note there is a requirement for out of hours work in this role, which will be paid as overtime and scheduled on a rota basis.
