A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Administrator to join a top tier investment management and financial planning practice. The primary duties for this role includes providing support for an Investment Manager Partner ensuring excellent client service is met. This role offers flexibility to work from home and from offices in central Birmingham.Accountabilities: To work closely with Investment Managers ensuring excellent client outcomesMaintain close relationships with clients and maintain regular contactUpdating back-office systems and client recordsLiaise with internal teamsTransactional administration linked with IMPreparation for IM client meetings and business presentationsKnowledge and attributes:Experience gained supporting investment professionalsExcellent attention to detailAble to multitask and prioritise effectivelyExcellent communication skill and stakeholder management skillsTeam player with a hands-on motivated approachOn offer An attractive salary, bonus and benefits package including home and office hybrid flexibility.
