Client Accountant - Residential

A chance to join a property management company based in the City of London who are looking for a Client Accountant that specialises in managing residential property portfolios.
Your new role
As a Residential Client Accountant, you will:

• Be responsible for Service Charge Accounts
• Assist with Service Charge Budgets
• Be responsible for client reporting
• Monthly/Quarterly reports
• Cash flow reports
• Support with audits
• Be responsible for rent demands, service charges and other monies regarding tenants

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in residential property portfolios
• Experience with property accounting software such as Yardi, Propman, Qube etc.
• Experience in service charges and client reports
