Account Manager - Sage Accounting Products Basic salary c. £35k plus commission (£50-68k OTE) Overview Solutions for Accounting and CRM are leading Sage Business Partners with a focus on providing high-impact ERP, Accounting and CRM solutions across the UK. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven person to join our Account Management team and play a key role in helping to realise our objectives. Role & Responsibilities You will become part of a dedicated team of highly skilled professionals, taking your place among sales consultants, marketing professionals and product specialists to ensure that our ERP and Financial Accounting solutions deliver real business value to our clients. Your principle objective will be to manage the relationships between Solutions for Accounting and our key Sage 200 & Intacct clients, ensuring that the company s products and services continue to have a positive impact and help user organisations realise their ambitions. We will expect you to maximise client retention by ensuring clients are well supported, and also to seek out upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our client base, developing revenue opportunities for our company whilst adding further tangible value to our clients' businesses. You will also be responsible for keeping our customer database up to date by verifying and updating records resulting from interactions with clients and maintaining a pipeline of potential revenue opportunities. You will report to the Head of Sales and take an active role as a member of the sales and marketing team. This will involve a collaborative approach to business development and you will be expected to attend monthly sales meetings at our offices in the East and West Midlands. Experience An Account Management background is desirable. Experience working with Sage ERP products is advantageous. Ideally, you will have a proven track record in building customer relationships in a B2B environment with a focus around business, finance and process management. Additional Information The role is predominantly home based although you'd also be welcome to work from one of our office locations in Edwinstowe, Derby, Sutton Coldfield or Cramlington if and when you choose. You will be required to attend our offices for meetings occasionally, and you will travel to clients sites frequently (mainly in the Midlands, but further afield when the need arises).
