Our client is a fast growing company who pride themselves on teamwork, customer service and delivering a reliable and competitive service, looking to hire a Client Account Manager to join their team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO Reporting into the Head of Client Services you will own a portfolio of client accounts, acting as their primary point of contact and making sure you are providing them with updates and proposals for improvements:
Prepare regular business updates, including written, financial excel reports and verbalMake sure minutes and action points are taken and properly distributedOversee relevant projects aimed at improvementWork with internal departments to resolve any issues quickly and efficientlyPromote other services that the company offer
WHO YOU ARE Our client is looking for a candidate with a proven experience of B2B Account Management and who is passionate about providing a high quality of service to clients and not afraid to offer alternative solutions!
Requirements:
Strong understanding of financial reportingExcellent written and verbal skills – an influential and professional communicatorAbility to create and deliver engaging presentations and communicationsNo job too small attitudeIdeally experience working within a similar role within the energy sectorProven experience presenting to clientsAbility to work to deadlinesTiger is B Corp Certified.
