Client Account ManagerLocation: PortsmouthHours of Work: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per weekSalary: £28,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience)Plus, great company benefitsDynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established business who are based in the Portsmouth area.Our client provides a specialist service and due to growth in 20204 our client is looking for a Client Account Manager to join the business.As a Client Account Manager, you will be part of our senior management team and will have responsibilities to develop, sustain, onboard and manage Key Clients within the organisation.Key responsibilities will include the following:To manage all client relationships within the business via email and on the telephoneTo attend client meetings to manage new and existing relationships.Create and develop relationships with existing clients and assist the Managing Director with pre-sales, change and complaints.To collect, input and maintain all client data with accuracy.Play a key role in investigating and solving clients' problems, to ensure that the customer is happy, and any issues have been resolved.To maximise on opportunities where you see an opening to do soManage the set-up and on-boarding of new client accounts, including the co-ordination of the scoping, Client process map, Client inbound and outbound specification and following the process through to client becoming active and a spending account.Quality and complianceProcess improvement.To manage a client support executive and oversee the communications coming through the support inbox.The ideal Account Manager will have/ beA proactive person who is keen to grown relationships and opportunitiesHas a proven history as an account managerHas strong communication skills and experienceHas great organisation and planning skills and can communicate well both verbally and writtenIs a team playerIs keen to really own this position.Has a proven ability to drive a process from planning to executionCan both influence and negotiate with clients.Is proficient in Microsoft OfficeTo be considered please submit your CV asap.INDB
