Client Account Manager

Salary: �35,000 + �330 per month car allowance - Location: Nationwide

Our valued client is recognised as a leading supplier of merchandising & installation services within the major UK retail sector.

To support our continued growth, we are looking to appoint a Client Account Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

Reporting into the Head of Sales Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in the management and growth of our major client accounts by delivering exceptional performance, high levels of client knowledge and excellent account management skills.

Job Specification - Client Account Manager

You will be required to:

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales & Accounts and Operations team to manage our client business and service delivery levels through exceptional performance
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with key external stakeholders to facilitate Account growth by identifying, winning & converting new project opportunities
  • Working with the Operation team, manage the client resource requirements by evaluating the workplans and project schedules
  • Ensure client procedures, processes and KPIs are adhered to and delivered on a daily basis
  • Manage the client reporting portals
  • In support of the Operations team, maintain a field team who are highly trained on each account and manage the competency management system to evidence their personal development
  • Support the Operations team in recruiting and developing the field teams
  • Ensure that all personnel are aware of the contractual service delivery expectations including Health & Safety requirements
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required and support in the preparation of content to report on account performance
  • Support in the preparation of comprehensive bids and tenders as required
Personal Specification

  • A proven track record of account management, with experience gained across either a retail, recruitment, FMCG or services background
  • A proficient user of technology and reporting platforms
  • Working knowledge of goods for sale retail merchandising and skilled labour services
  • Excellent client facing & interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
