Your Impact and Experience:
- 5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in selling IT services solutions.
- Executive Level Selling: Experience engaging with senior-level decision-makers.
- Sales Strategy: Ability to align with internal strategies and external market dynamics.
- Network Building: Leverage your existing networks to drive sales success.
What You'll Do:
- Develop strategic account sales plans in collaboration with global leaders.
- Identify prospects and implement tailored sales strategies to secure new business.
- Serve as the dedicated sales resource for assigned accounts, coordinating approaches with global and country teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
Metrics and Expectations:
- Drive revenue growth and opportunity pipeline expansion according to set targets.
- Conduct a targeted number of client meetings and joint senior-level engagements per quarter.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a technology-related field.
- 5-7 years of proven outside direct sales experience, with a focus on consultative and solution-oriented approaches.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and staffing experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to establish and nurture relationships across all levels of management.
