Your Impact and Experience:

  • 5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in selling IT services solutions.
  • Executive Level Selling: Experience engaging with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Sales Strategy: Ability to align with internal strategies and external market dynamics.
  • Network Building: Leverage your existing networks to drive sales success.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop strategic account sales plans in collaboration with global leaders.
  • Identify prospects and implement tailored sales strategies to secure new business.
  • Serve as the dedicated sales resource for assigned accounts, coordinating approaches with global and country teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.

Metrics and Expectations:

  • Drive revenue growth and opportunity pipeline expansion according to set targets.
  • Conduct a targeted number of client meetings and joint senior-level engagements per quarter.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a technology-related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven outside direct sales experience, with a focus on consultative and solution-oriented approaches.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and staffing experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to establish and nurture relationships across all levels of management.
