OverviewThe purpose of the Client Account Coordinator role is to provide excellent administrative and coordination support to our clients and the Client Service Team. This role reports to the Senior Director.The RoleClient ServiceOwnership of inbound client queries by ensuring requests arrive to the appropriate colleagues and responding directly where appropriate.Setting up of new TMC clients to our system and supporting them with any follow up queriesOrganisation of TMC client records; ensuring information is up to date, contact details are correct and making sure changes are communicated to the wider client services teamUnderstanding of client protocols and processesFocuses on client service and meeting agreed client service levelsEstablish client requirements of portal functionsLiaising with Operations and clients on any service issuesFinance Ensure Invoices are sent to the finance team in a timely fashionTeamwork and Personal LeadershipParticipates in team meetings Follow any training plans setThe Ideal CandidatePlanning & Organisation Plans workload and can meet deadlines and priorities for own workAbility to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.CommunicationSupports strong client relationships by displaying professionalism and efficiency in appropriate communications Excellent verbal communication, with ability to convey messages clearly and concisely and effectively express oneself verbally in an articulate and polished mannerGenerates clear, well-organized written work-productActive listening skillsBuilds strong relationships within the teamParticipates in internal trainingsAbility to work across multiple cultural contexts and to connect with people from other cultures.AccountabilityAccepts responsibility for work outputAware of own strengths and development areasDisplays professionalism and a positive attitudeContributes to discussions on process and best practiceProactivityDemonstrates flexibility and initiativeEncouraged to contribute ideas and / or suggestions for improvementsIdentify inefficient processes and raises them with the senior management team
