Coaching Academy
Our coaching academy is a vehicle for developing a coaching culture throughout the Trust to help develop, engage, motivate and care for our staff to deliver better patient care. It will support us to consistently have a “culture of caring” which both our staff and patients will experience.

A part time vacancy has arisen within the Audiology Department for a Clerical Officer to cover a variety of administrative duties, which will include reception cover.
The duties undertaken will include covering reception, dealing with phone calls and
administrative duties to support the busy Audiology department
The successful candidates will be well-organised and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and will be sensitive to the needs of patients with hearing loss. They must be confident working on their own and as part of a team and should be enthusiastic, acceptable of change and able to work well under pressure in a busy environment. The ability to work accurately whilst maintaining a calm and professional attitude is essential.
Computer literacy and experience in accurately inputting data is essential, however training on in-house information systems will be provided.
Previous NHS experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

If successful, this vacancy will require an standard DBS check at a cost of £26.50 (delete as applicable). This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary. In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
