We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Manager or Supervisor ready for the next step to join an established team in Reading on behalf of industry-leading Facilities Management company.
About the job:

• Manage multiple teams providing cleaning, waste and hygiene services across the site
• Coordinate third party suppliers and contractors
• Deliver services in your remit to a high standard
• Promote and uphold high standard of Health & Safety practices

About you:

• Proven track record of managing teams
• Previous experience managing subcontractors or third party suppliers
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience managing cleaning services
