JOB TITLE: Cleaning SupervisorLOCATION: Glasgow City CentreWORKING WOURS: 45 hours per week PAY RATE: £14.50 per hourJOB SUMMARY:ABM UK, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join their team. The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring high cleanliness standards and creating a safe and enjoyable working environment.RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and manage a team of cleaners, providing guidance and support Assign cleaning duties and ensure they are completed in a timely manner Perform regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained Train new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to the cleaning services REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Reliable and responsible Valid driver's license (if required for the specific job location) We’re proud to offer a great range of benefits including:
