EQUANS is recruiting for a Part time Cleaning Supervisor to be based in Unity College, Burnley, BB11 3DF. This is a permanent part-time role working 15 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £8,361.60 per annum.Shifts15:30-18:30 Monday to Friday.What will you deliver?To supervise the site cleaning team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the school premises is maintained.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAct as ‘hands on’ lead and front line supervisor for the cleaning team to deliver a quality service.Respond in a timely manner to any issues with the delivery of routine and non-routine cleaning services.Provide cover and undertake remedial cleaning tasks as necessary.Complete and submit timesheets for the cleaning team.Monitor the quality of work and complete quality control sheets as necessary.Ensure cleaning materials and power cleaning equipment are operated in a safe and economic manner, and in accordance with their instructions for use.Ensure that cleaning equipment and designated storage areas are maintained in a clean, tidy and safe condition.Report to the Caretaker any damage to school property, or potential hazards, or any issues that are likely to affect the task to be undertaken.What we offer.Pension Scheme24 days annual leave (+ public holidays)Life Cover equivalent to X1.5 times annual salary24/7 Employee Assistance Program and access to mental wellbeing appEmployee discount shopping schemes on major brands and retailersCycle to work scheme Broad range of learning opportunities, such as professional qualifications, collective/individual training, and personalized support programmes Who are we looking for?Experience of industry/public cleaning servicesCOSHH KnowledgePrevious experience of supervising a cleaning teamEQUANS is a world leader in energy services with nearly 100,000 employees working in more than 50 countries, with an annual turnover of over 17 billion euros.
