Cleaning Supervisor

Located within the London Borough of Hillingdon Hours - Monday to Friday 10am – 6:30pm or 11:30am – 8pm Thisrole requires anexperiencedSupervisor who has the required practicaland people skills to manage a large cleaning and site caretaking team. It will be your responsibility to ensure thislarge school site ismaintained to a high standard. Daily duties will include:
Preparation of effective and fair teamwork schedules. .Day-to-day supervision of all cleaners and caretakers on site.Ensure standards and specified KPIs are met.Assist with practical daily duties as required.Complete monthly 1-1 reviews and annual appraisals with each team member.Manage absences, holidays and conduct return to works interviews.Update relevant systems.Monitor and control stock levels.Ensure equipment is maintained and stored appropriately.Carry out staff inductions. Skills and experience required
Experience of Supervising a large cleaning teamKnowledge of COSHH, Manual Handling and general Health and Safety legislation.Experience of cleaning procedures and the use of cleaning equipment.
