As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of cleaning services Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and performance Monitor and inspect work areas to ensure compliance with cleaning standards Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory Ensure health and safety protocols are followed by cleaning staff Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues related to cleaning services REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in a supervisory role Proven knowledge of cleaning techniques and standards Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with health and safety regulations We’re proud to offer a great range of benefits including:
