As they expand their operations, we are currently seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead their cleaning crews and ensure their clients' spaces are maintained to the highest standards. About the role: As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations, managing a team of cleaners, and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining clean and orderly environments. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks. Train new cleaning team members on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met and maintained. Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory. Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with management to develop and implement cleaning protocols and best practices. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and best practices. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance. Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients. Knowledge of safety guidelines and the ability to enforce them.
