Hours of Work:35 hours per week, 5 over 7Location:Riverside Care Home, 220 Springfield Road, Glasgow, G40 3JD Job Reference: FM15-173 - GLA11471 An opportunity has arisen for the position of Cleaning Supervisor to work within the above location. Reporting to the Assistant Area Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the cleaning service, including the supervision of cleaning staff and the monitoring and maintenance of standards.The main duties and responsibilities include monitoring and performance of cleaning staff, utilising machinery and reporting faults, and receiving and issuing cleaning materials and consumables as necessary.The successful applicant should have the ability to communicate with both internal and external customers and meet performance targets. There is a requirement to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.Successful applicants will have to work flexibly. The current operational system means that the most likely locations which you would be transferred to, would be within a reasonable geographical distance of your base location.You can read the Person Specification to understand more about the role and what it involves.
