A fantastic opportunity has been created for a cleaning Manager to join our team at Inverclyde National Sport Centre in Largs.The successful candidate will manage their own team to deliver exceptional standards across our 60 bedroom residential accommodation wing.
What you'll be doing...
Your key responsibilities as the Cleaning Manager will consist of:Ensure proactive management of teams on site. Responsible for overseeing recruitment, support, training and development of the team in order to deliver an efficient, high quality, financially beneficial service Elior UKResponsible for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellenceResponsible for ensuring that all aspects of the Elior experience are communicated and embedded within the team supporting the Service Champion as appropriateResponsible for maintaining, ordering and controlling stocks within budgetResponsible for specialist service within specified budgets exceeding Elior UK standards, including maintaining and managing bedroom linen. Responsible for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues Working Pattern:
