About The Role
Managing a team of cleaners at a prestigious customer site.
You'll managea team to delivera cleaning service. You'll monitor and report on performance and drive innovation in service delivery through the continuous improvement of processes and operations.
You will be working on a permanent basis, 48.5 hours per week between 07:00 to 20:30 on the following shift patterns:
Early shift: 07:00 - 16:30, and late shift: 10:30 - 20:30 and one in two weekends.
You will also:
Ensure that the cleaning, Back of House and Security functions run within their contractual obligations and are performing to the required levels of quality and service at all times;
All work is carried out in full compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality regulations.
To lead the teams to efficiently deliver Cleaning, Waste & Security services, whilst driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, thereby ensuring that the client is receiving the best value for money, for the services they require.
To foster a true partnership philosophy with both the client and team members.
Provide leadership and direction, to ensure that the company standards and policies are followed and maintained at all times.
You will be part of the security rota on this site to support coverage.
Every other weekend working is required.
To succeed in this role you will need:
•Strong Cleaning and Security understanding and experience in respective field
•Experience of working and building partnerships with clients
•Management experience or different work streams and work loads
•IOSH Managing Safely/NEBOSH qualification
•Knowledge of COSHH
•SIA licence DS/SG/CP frontline
•SIA licence PSCCTV
•Articulate and can communicate effectively with the clients and the IFM teams
•Organised individual who can demonstrate a record of planning and managing workflows
•Able to demonstrate an understanding of high-quality service delivery and their impact on this
•The ability to be agile and flexible to meet the needs and demands of the role
•Excellent time management organisation and focus on ability to prioritise and multi task with clear ability to focus on detail
