About The Role
Due to our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Area Manager to join our business inLondon/South Eastarea.
All IT equipment needed for the role will be provided, along with Company vehicle & Fuel Card.In addition to working with an enthusiastic team you will have access to a range of benefits which include Retail, Transport, Visitor attractions and Healthcare discounts.
Flexibility on hours with some weekend work – There maybe instances where you are required to travel outside of your Region to support business needs which may result in some overnight travel
Reporting into National Account Manager
Good IT & analytical skills (outlook, excel, word, Power point)
Role will include:
Daily review of Time & Attendance reports – Ability to drive correct behaviours
Establishing excellent relationships with Customer
Monitoring all SLAs/KPIs
Operating to budgets for all stock/equipment control
Reporting missed shifts to customer & Line Manager/arranging & assisting staff to provide suitable cover for absences or holidays
Undertaking recruitment of vacancies within your area, new colleague inductions and all training requirements
Prepare & Deliver weekly deployment schedules for yourself & Mobile Team
Monthly Audit Completion
Ad Hoc site visits to check & validate cleaning standards, ensure all compliance documents are in place & all personal files are up to date
Deal with all HR/ER cases effectively
Preparing, executing & reporting on any action plans
Preparing & delivering weekly performance reports
A full clean drivers license is required for thisposition. Minimum 2yearsPrevious experience in a Cleaning/Soft Service Manager position.
