We are looking for a
Cleaning Account Manager
to join our thriving East Anglia division where you will be responsible for 28 sites across a £1 million cleaning portfolio for our corporate, education and industrial customers.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, the role of
Cleaning Account Manager
will ensure the team are providing the highest level of service to our customers and will support the drive for profitable growth. The
Cleaning Account Manager
will provide development and leadership of an effective team that operates through the Churchill values. Delivering excellent service to existing Local and National customers, you will operate efficiency to maintain and expand the portfolio.
As a Cleaning Operations Manager you’ll be:
Maintaining strong client relationship with high levels of satisfaction
Providing and maintaining the quality-of-service delivery
Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams
Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager.
Be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to
Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.
As a Cleaning Operations Manager you’ll have:
Cleaning management experience within education contracts
Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior level
Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry
Ability to work to tight timescales
Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy
Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative.
