Role Purpose:
Integral are looking to appoint an Area Operations Manager for their Corporate Soft Service Business. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate and can implement innovative soft service solutions, develop a strong client relationship and be an ambassador for the brand of the company. You would be required to lead a team to deliver a first-class service across Integral’s corporate client portfolio, taking ownership of the workplace, daily operation and be responsible for ensuring all management information is co-ordinated. This is a new and exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative business.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
To ensure that contracts are delivered to meet
and exceed expectations
Responsible for all internal and external
communication relating to the corporate business you are responsible for
Review best practice and drive new innovations
to keep ahead of the soft service industry
Drive additional service growth within the
account by increasing service scope
Provide services that support the business
sustainability targets
Attend meetings and arrange training as
required to accommodate the operational structure beneath you
Preparing management information, including
but not restricted to Budget / KPI’s / SLA’s
Ensure that TimeGate is deployed on all sites
and arbitrations are completed for accurate payment of employees
Be responsible for the P&L of the accounts
ensuring that budgets are met.
Attend weekly and monthly operations meetings
as required and present the collated information
Planning cover as required for absence such as
Holiday and Sickness.
Ensuring all onsite services comply with
current Health and Safety legislation inclusive of Risk Assessments and
Safe Systems of Work
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience and solid knowledge of the
Cleaning and Soft Service business
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, cleaning
solutions and substances (COSHH)
Management experience across a broad sector of
Clients
Experience in working in a client demanding
environment
Ability to manage and coordinate from a
distance
Experience with working in a diverse and
inclusive business
Conversant with IT Packages including but not
limited Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Can work within a team and as an individual
Ability to motivate others in the Soft
Services environment
