Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Cleaner for a Housing Association.

The role will be covering two supported housing schemes, 20 hours a week (Monday - Friday am) in Longridge, Preston (PR3) and 4 hours (one afternoon a week) in Billington, Lancashire (BB7)

Responsibilities of the Cleaner include:

• Ensuring a high standard of cleaning to the communal areas of the schemes
• Cleaning of mats, carpets, paintwork, floors, furniture and equipment
• Emptying bins, waste paper bins and ashtrays
• Laundering hand and tea towels
• Assisting residents and visitors with queries
