Cleaner

TR2 Recruitment are seeking a reliable and dedicated Caretaker to join our clients team based near Perranporth, Cornwall.

As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the clients facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our visitors.

Hours for this role are 10:30am - 8pm. Weekly pay.

FREE RESERVED PARKING IS PROVIDED IN PERRANPORTH THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER.

Duties will include;

• Cleaning outside and inside toilets


• Empty bins (including commercial)


• Cleaning and sanitising all surfaces, facilities and rooms


• Ensure bins, soap dispensers, toilet roll, sanitary bins and hand towels are fully stocked


• Carry out any routine maintenance repairs needed


• Assisting other departments with cleaning, stock and maintenance of facilities

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous Cleaning experience


• Understanding of basic Health and Safety Procedures


• Strong attention to detail


• Excellent time management skills


• Good physical stamina (heavy lifting and carrying products across facilities)


• Great communication skills, you will be interacting to members of the public on a daily basis.
