Cleaner (Mobile/Property Cleaning)

Position:

Estates Team Member (Cleaning and Care taking) Location: Perth and Surrounding Areas Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Are you skilled in providing efficient and effective cleaning and care taking services? Do you possess a driver's license and have access to your own vehicle? If so, we're looking for someone like you to join our Estates Team.

Main Duties:

• Perform cleaning duties in communal and public areas to maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure sites are free from bulky refuse, contributing to a safe and hygienic environment.
• Maintain grounds and parking areas to ensure they are well-maintained.
• Cultivate professional relationships with staff, contractors, and partners.
• Uphold high standards of workmanship, adhering to Health and Safety regulations.

About You: We seek individuals with prior experience in cleaning roles or housing management environments. As part of a team, you'll collaborate effectively and demonstrate strong teamwork skills. The role demands task prioritisation and the ability to work independently, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

You should be capable of travelling efficiently between various work locations in Perth and its surrounding areas. While a company vehicle will be provided, candidates must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.
