You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, Experience of working in a customer-facing environment which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers. You have Previously managed or lead teams, previous cleaning/facility management experience and knowledge is desirable. You’ll be able to work individually and as part of a team, well organized with good time management skills, and the ability to prioritise and plan around customer needsAs a Clean Team Leader, you will:Supervise a team of cleanersCoordinate with the Site management teamEnsure the team have areas of responsibility, are following policies and procedures, and creating clean, pleasant and safe environment for customers.Guaranteeing that cleaning products used effectively, with instructions as well as health and safety procedures followed at all times.Order stock when required as advised by team and individual awarenessUpdate records via the computer as required.Be the point of contact for the reporting of problems within the work areas or equipment and liaising with the management team to adviseHelping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
