Class 2 driver

StaffCo Direct are actively recruiting for HGV 2 Drivers for a well-recognized client based in Crewe.

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Class 2 Drivers who can align with the company's ethos and support the client's day-to-day operations.

Work/Shifts:

• Shift Pattern: 7 day operation
• Start Time: 0700am or 1100am

Responsibilities:

• Multi-drop off and collections from a local depot to residential properties
• The job involves handball/loading/unloading.

Opportunity:

• There is potential for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Pay Rates:

• Monday-Friday: £15.69 per hour
• Monday-Friday Overtime £23.53 per hour (after 8 hours pery day)
• Saturday £23.53 per hour 
• Sunday: £31.38 per hour
   (*includes optional 12.07% Holiday Pay*)

Requirements:

• At least 6 months driving class 2 experience 
• Onsite driver induction is required.
• You must have a current and valid CPC and DIGI TACHO.
• Your driving record should not have more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes).
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous when applying for this position.
