Class 1 Tramper Drivers - Experience Required

At Blue Arrow we are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers on a temporary basis for up coming client sickness and holiday cover.
Opportunities for ongoing work are available for the right candidates as we get closer to busier periods for specific clients.
Pay rates are as follows:
Dayshift - £13.00ph
Weekend enhancements available which vary depending on contract.
Night out allowance - £22 - 35 per night
We have clients based in the following locations:
* North Tyneside
* Gateshead
* South Tyneside
* Durham
* County Durham/Teesside
* North Yorkshire
Start times vary from client to client but can be as early as 01:00AM onwards.
Work includes local business to business deliveries, local containers, traction work, shunting and tramping.
Availability of work runs Monday - Sunday depending on which of the above work type you are interested in.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
As a LGV Category C+E Driver you will:
* Complete pre departure vehicle checks
* Transport goods between planned sites and drops
* Complete paperwork and follow compliance
* Adhere to tachograph and working times rules
Qualifications
In order to process your application, you must have the following:
* HGV Class 1 entitlement
* CPC
* Digi tacho card
We cannot accept more than 6 points or DR on a licence.
Additionally we are looking for drivers with 6 months + experience to meet our clients expectations.
