Class 1 HGV Night Driver

HGV Class 1 Driver - �16.50 weeknights! ONGOING

Are you a Class 1 Driver living in Evesham or somewhere nearby?

We are currently recruiting for Class 1 Driver (s) for our client in Evesham. They are a leading company within the fresh produce distribution network and have a large fleet of 30+ lorries.

With Pure Staff you can earn:

• �16.50ph for weeknight shifts
• Up to 28 days annual leave
• Guaranteed a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• ONGOING work with a well-known company with outstanding reputation

NIGHT Drivers - the job will entail up to 12-hour shifts, 2 or 3 drops usually with a refrigerated trailer but could also be general haulage.

Usual start time will be between 15:00 and 20:00.

Our client is looking for a candidate that can not only drive a HGV C Class 1 vehicle successfully but that can communicate well with the transport team to ensure that all deliveries / collections are completed this includes a stop call wait procedure to maximise on productivity and keep drivers informed on possible delays or route changes.

The perfect candidate will be of smart appearance with a polite nature, you will need to show willingness to give that little extra to ensure our clients end user has the best experience possible.

As a Pure Staff flexible employee for this role, you will require -

• HGV Class 1 Driver licence
• CPC Card
• Digital tachograph card
• Clean Licence with no more than 6 points (no TT MS DR DD codes)
• 6 months experience Class 1 driving

Refer a Class 1 driver or Class 2 Driver and after they have worked for us 200 hours receive �200 as a bonus!!
