Ignition Driver Recruitment is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to work from Hemel Hempstead for our client who is one of the leading logistics companies providing a supply chain service to Restaurants around the world. 
Before you apply for this role, you must be able to answer YES to all the questions below: 

1. Do you have your Class 1 Driving Licence? 
2. Do you have at least 3 years experience driving a Class 1 vehicle?
3. Do you have an up-to-date Tacho Digi Card and an up-to-date DCPC Card?

We will accept up to 6 points on your licence, but no DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.
HGV Class 1 Driver - Role & Responsibilities: 
As we have mentioned above, our client is a leading logistics supplier to Restaurants across the world. This means that as an HGV Class 1 Driver for this client, you will be responsible for: 

• Driving a fully branded HGV vehicle 
• Frozen/Ambient work
• Completing Store Deliveries 
• Maximum 2 Journeys and 6 deliveries per shift
• Required to keep up to date with the required pre & post-shift vehicle checks 
• Excepted to maintain your Driver hours in accordance with Working Time Regulations

HGV Class 1 Driver - Working Hours:

• 7-day operation
• AM and PM shift starts available
