Claims Technician - 12 Month FTC

Here at Arthur, we are delighted to be partnered with a highly successful and growing MGA who are looking to hire a Claims Technician within their London Claims team on a 12-month FTC with the potential to turn into a permanent role.You will be responsible for supporting the business in its daily claims management operations, which entail administering claims and ensuring a seamless and efficient end-to-end claims process in accordance with established procedures and service standards.Your Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of claims administration efficiently and professionallyFulfilling the role of a Binding Authority broker as part of the dutiesEnsuring adherence to internal procedures and authorization levels for processing company claims messagesOverseeing the preparation of the businesses claims bordereaux and addressing associated queriesCoordinating with the finance team regarding claims paymentsCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve claims-related mattersServing as a company representative and providing technical support on claims issues when requiredWhat You Need:Minimum 1 years’ experience in General Insurance/Reinsurance claims, ideally within the London Market, with familiarity with London market systemsKnowledge of both London and international insurance/reinsurance dynamicsProficiency in essential computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etcAble to learn and take on new tasks quickly and use own initiative to explore possibilities before raising queriesCan demonstrate the ability to work in a busy office environment, prioritise and organise workloads in order to meet deadlinesIf you are interested in this position and keen to find out more, please get in contact with me directly or email your CV to #####
