Our highly professional Insurance Client is looking to recruit a Claims Team Leader to lead their team of Technicians.
This is a role that can be performed on a hybrid basis, working between the office and from your home.
Due to the complexity of this role, the applicant is required to have at least 4 years of experience within the Insurance industry and is likely to be rejected if not.
This is a small team of diverse backgrounds, who work well and closely together in a supportive environment.
As Team Leader you will be responsible for all aspects of the people management and development of your team as well as ensuring all workflow issues and requirements are effectively met in the highly technical Insurance environment.
As Team Leader your main responsibilities will include:
