About the job

Our client is looking for highly skilled and experienced Claims Handlers with a robust background in unsecured finance and/or asset-based lending who can act in a QA/QC function.

The ideal candidates will have a strong track record in reviewing case files and ensuring that decision reviews align with policy and regulations. As well as this we are looking for candidates with a comprehensive understanding of Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) frameworks, as well as DISP Rules.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle and process claims related to unsecured finance and asset-based lending with precision and adherence to company policies.

* Review case files thoroughly, validate ID&V, and conduct decision reviews to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

* Apply experience and knowledge of Consumer Duty and TCF frameworks to ensure fair and consistent outcomes for all claims handled.

* Maintain a deep understanding of DISP Rules and apply this knowledge in daily operations.

* Collaborate with other departments to streamline claims processes and improve overall efficiency.

* Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on claim statuses.
