We are searching for a Claims Operations Analyst to join the team to support our growing business.
You will be assisting the claims team in delivering a robust TPA oversight and optimize team efficiency by delivering Data, MI and insights on TPA and Claims Department performance.
You will also cover the execution of key claims processes and design activity that supports the team to deliver optimum efficiency and adherence to best practice. The Role: Gather and generate KPIs and MI reports for claims monitoring purposes and analysis. Ensure DCA’s provide regular compulsory monthly and quarterly claim reports on time. Act as a conduit between Graphene and the claims teams in enhancing our claims anyaltical offering. Assist in the management and utilisation of existing outsourced relationships including DCA's. Onboarding of new and existing DCA’s, including the creation of DCA agreements. To manipulate data and provide analysis of claims to highlight
trends, performance issues, leakage, costs spend, litigation and fraud. Improve the quality of data received from third parties. Management and reconciliation of Loss funds, and assisting with Lloyds market funding initiatives. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve claims processes. Ability to document the processes undertaken
in the Claims Operations team, and to recommend improvements to the claims
processes and procedure.
To assist with creating effective reports,
selecting essential, relevant criteria and information to provide to
Claims Managers and Underwriters. Liaison with the necessary key stakeholders for claim audits and
reviewing reports. Collaborate
continuously with underwriters and client meetings to help
underwriters gain and retain profitable business. Lead design claims bordereaux templates and write specifications. Claims data entry, specifically for internally managed claims when required. Support the Head of Claims with respect to Claims initiatives and projects. Required Education/Training & Experience Claims data analytical experience preferred. A commitment to continuous personal and professional development Knowledge of London Market DA Claim operations/ procedures ACII or equivalent or progression towards qualification Basic
knowledge of principles of risk management. Effective prioritisation and organisational skills in order to
meet timescales. Advanced
literacy and numeric skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office with the ability to
learn new systems
