BT6543 Claims MI Reporting Consultant . to £46,000This leading global insurer has an excellent market reputation and offers a friendly, hybrid work environment and an extremely generous benefits package.They are now looking to hire a candidate with strong MI skills for their claims operations area.The successful candidate will assist the Claims Team with the production of routine, structured and ad hoc MI for the purposes of reporting to relevant committee, board and other meetings.This role includes detailed analysis of claims MI to identify and report on; underperformance, trends, concerns and themes.This role also includes assistance, where necessary, in various workshops and projects relating to system changes, implementation and enhancements in relation to open market businessDutesProduce daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly MI reports & dashboardsDeliver analysis on claims performance for internal claims handlersAbsorb various streams of data to incorporate into high level analysis, through power BI dashboardsCollate data from various teams to include within committee/board/management meetingsReport running from internal claims systems and collate into high level MI pack/dashboardAssist in identifying data issues, perform root cause analysis and provide solutions to improve data integrity and accuracyData integrity improvements across claims to include within claims performance packs/dashboardsProvide assistance for all internal/external audits of the UK claims functionParticipate in internal system changes/enhancements and provide support for any internal system projectsAssist in peer review report running, and provide assistance with peer review results and reportingEnsure timely and accuracy of the quarterly reserve entry processResponsible for daily movement report runningEnsure accuracy and completeness of various SharePoint logs/trackersFully own the relationship with DXC and responsible for all ECF reportingProvide analysis of individual/teams’ performance through ECFResponsible for internal claims dashboards
