We provide insurance for over three million customers, but we know there's even bigger opportunity out there. Supporting the commercial manager to deliver the claims strategy and implementing agreed initiatives
Supporting the identification and build requirement of system improvements in order to streamline our claims handling processes, improving department productivity and lifecycles
Monitoring the performance of the recovery function using development data, identifying areas of concern and recommending improvements
Working collaboratively with our Recovery Specialists to identify appropriate focus areas based on changing performance need
Owning key parts of the commercial initiatives we have to improve recovery performance
Developing and maintaining strong and effective relationships with stakeholders across all functions and working collaboratively with other project teams
Claims experience is beneficial, but we're open to other commercially focused experience
Excellent analytics skills, with the ability to understand base data - we're not asking for endless SQL experience but good with numbers and Excel would be great!)
Strong communication and influencing skills, with good commercial acumen
