The Role
As a Claims Handler you will act as the key liaison between the client and the insurer, you will ensure that claims are administered in line with the expected standards, regulatory requirements and that an excellent service level is maintained. You will work with Client Executives to feed back information for renewals and ensure clients are provided updates on ongoing claims without the need to chase.
The successful candidate will also help support the Account Executives with account handling, so this is an excellent opportunity for those with claims experience who would like to expand their skillset in wider broking support. This may include managing some clients directly, whilst working on larger clients alongside the team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
At least 2 years of claims handling experience
Familiarity with Acturis
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Good understanding of the general principles of insurance.
Able to build sustainable relationships
Able to be proactive and work on own initiative
