The VacancyWhat you will be doing:The Claims Auditor is primarily responsible for monitoring the performance of our panel firms, ATE solicitor network and other outsourced claims service providers against our terms of business and/or service standards. This is achieved through the implementation of a robust onsite audit schedule and a level of remote statistical analysis. In doing so, the Claims Auditor will identify any potential for a partner to fail in their service delivery, thus protecting our ability to maintain our high standards of cost-effective customer service.Who we're looking for:Are you passionate about precision, thoroughness, and integrity in legal expenses insurance and it's ancillary operations? You must be comfortable both working on your own and as part of team, with demonstrably excellent communication and time management skills.
