Our client, a global and well recognised insurance company are seeking experienced Claims Assessors to join their team. The right individual will have experience of medical and financial claims assessments across a range of various product lines.
Manage individual protection claims from initial notification all the way through to final settlement
Asses claims in line with company policy and conditions
Liase and communicate with relevant parties to obtain information in relation to claims
Build and maintain relationships with service providers and aim to resolve appeals and complaints
Daily contact with customers and service providers both over the phone and in writing
Dealing with high claims authority limits
Experienced within medical and financial claims assessment across a range of product lines
Be a confident and effective communicator both verbally and in writing
Experience in high claims authority limits
