Cladding Contracts Manager

They are building a team where people can fulfil their potential within a welcoming and inclusive culture.  This is an excellent opportunity to join an evolving business that provides professional, high quality internal and external refurbishment services to homes as a Contracts Manager to work on a £14m cladding project.

As Contracts Manager you will managing multiple contacts where you will be accountable for:

• Plan and resource management for all projects
• Manage the construction process
• Carry out pre-contract site visits as part of tender preparation
• Produce project programmes or delegate to Site Project Manager

The successful applicant to the role of Contracts Manager will share our professional, personable and conscientious values, and will possess the following skills / experience:

• MCIOB
• Knowledge of all forms of construction
• Good management skills
• Strong contractor knowledge
