Civils Site Manager

We are currently supporting a Civil Engineering Contractor in their search for a freelance Civils Site Manager, to join a Site in Cheadle, Stockport. The site will require someone for at least 12 months with the view to going on to future projects. I am looking for a Site Manager from a Civils background who has knowledge and experience of Groundworks, Kerbing, Footings etc. Reporting to the Civils Contracts Manager, as Site Manager you will take full responsibility for the Site Activities which will include:Delivering all Construction activities in line with Health & Safety policies Working to RAMSMonitoring quality and progressCoordinating direct and indirect (Subcontractor) personnelLead and deliver against project programme for key milestones such as CML'sLiaison with internal departmentsEnsuring high quality records / reports / paperwork are maintained and completed in a timely fashionRegular liaison and site updates with the Contracts ManagerRegualar liasion with the clientCandidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record within the civil sector.
