Salary | �35k to �65k plus package
Search Consultancy are working in partnership with a tier 2 contractor who are looking for an civils estimator to join their current estimating team on a permanent basis. This company is well established within the construction industry and specialise in refurbishment, fit out and new build projects.
This role will be office based and the successful candidate will be estimating the costs for the project, products and services, reporting to the estimating manager and working in collaboration with the on-site project manager providing the reports and quotations for each individual phase of the projects.
Responsibilities:
* Proven experience of undertaking the following tasks;
o Preparing and winning profitable work.
o Act as the principle contact between the contractor and the client throughout the tendering process.
o Establishing and communicating to the bid team the requirements for each tender.
What we are looking for:
* A candidate who wants to be progressive and ambitious within the business.
* An experienced estimator who has been working for a tier 2 contractor and well versed within a small, successful team.
* An honest, open individual who will provide positive contributions and be apart of a team.
Package is to include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with an additional birthday day off. Also offering a salary sacrifice pension scheme, death in service benefit and profit share scheme.
