Civil Site Manager

Kenton Black are currently working with a market leading Civil Engineering company to recruit a Site Manager for Dundee.With an ever-growing order book our client has a number of ongoing and upcoming high profile civil projects which the successful Site Manager would be an integral part of. Due to the growing nature of the company there is clear pathways for progression and career development, making it the ideal time to join this reputable and evolving company.As Site Manager you will be responsible for;· Brief the workers on site every morning· Promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management· Developing, nurturing and managing client and supply chain relationships· Managing operatives· Developing project strategy and ensuring effective communication and implementation to deliver the project on time.· Reviewing performance against targets and identifying and managing potential risks and opportunities· Ensuring consistent implementation of standard procedures· Managing project handover and ensuring defect/snag free completionTo be considered for this role you must;· Have a number of years experience in a similar Civils role· Work well under pressure with the ability to work within strict deadlines· SMSTS/SSSTS + FIRST AID· Proven experience of overlooking a minimum of 2 projects within in a construction environment at one timeIn return, you will receive a competitive salary, company van/car, private medical care and a company pension.If your interested in this role please contact Kim on 07511177531
