Job Description
Who will you join?

What will you do?
Handle a varied caseload of legal expense backed dispute claims
Including (but not limited to): property, construction and consumer contracts
You will also assist senior fee earners with higher value disputes in order to build your experience further
Review and advise on legal expense cover
Be involved in training, supervising and developing more junior colleagues
Monitor & provide management information to insurer clients
Participate in marketing initiatives, attend conferences, assist with presentations, writing articles and creating marketing materials
What will you need?
To be a senior paralegal or perhaps part qualified legal executive
Litigation experience
You will have Consumer Dispute Litigation experience AND;
Have experience of Legal Expense Funded Cases
